CareerUnique was born out of strong belief that each career is unique and needs unique treatment to project it in its most effective form in front of the Job world. Your success in Job search is determined by how you project yourself in front of potential recruiters, How effectively can you reach out to the recruiters and your preparation. CareerUnqiue is a humble effort to help aspirants in all three aspects to help them successful career transition.
The CV review tool is developed based on feedback from recruiters of top Indian firms, Our founding team’s own extensive experience in recruitment and understanding of challenges faced by recruiters while shortlisting the CVs in India.

About founding member

Our Founding member started his career at Tata Steel Jamshedpur Plant location post completing MBA from MDI Gurgaon. He has worked with industry leaders such as Adani Group, Tata Steel, DHL in various management roles in HR. He is currently associated with Sun Pharma.
Coming from a humble background, he struggled with communication and other soft skills during his MBA as well as during his first job hunt. Over the time he learned from his experiences and formed an understanding of what works for a successful Job search strategy and how one can leverage his/her strength during the career transition journey. CareerUnique is a humble effort to spread the knowledge and help professionals in their careers.
Apart from his day job, whenever he gets time, he loves to guide fellow professionals for job search strategies, interview preparation and CV review.
